I cannot stress how happy I am with the work of Ted, Chase, Nikki, Danielle, Mark and every single person at Keeney who touched our roof.
We live in a home built in 1900. It’s had … issues.
Last year Keeney replaced an old rubber section of our roof after a leak caused tremendous interior damage. That was a stressful time, but Keeney’s portion of the project was executed flawlessly, and it was so stress-free to work with them that they were our first call when we learned we needed to replace the rest of our roof (which had THREE LAYERS of old shingles from the previous God-knows-how-many-decades) for insurance and FHA loan purposes this year.
As part of that project they also had to update and build out our home’s facia and install new gutters. They knocked it out of the park. Our home looks great and I finally feel fully secure in it.
Keeney has continually impressed us with their communication and consideration. I also really appreciate their financing options; I would have thought this sort of work would be beyond our budget, but it was not. I’ll point to Keeney anytime someone mentions needing roof work done.

We have three small dogs that needed to go outside in the fenced yard and Ted came to check for nails before they went outside.
